Returns

Your happiness and satisfaction are very important to me. If you have any questions about the piece you're considering, please contact me before purchasing because refunds or exchanges are difficult due to change of mind.  Artworks are delicate pieces and I need to ensure that the integrity of the piece is maintained. As I'm sure you will appreciate, returns are not possible for custom or customised pieces.

In the unimaginable event something arrives damaged or not as described and shown in the images in the product listing, please get in touch straight away (within 3 days of receipt) so I can make things right for you. Thank you!

All this said, if for any reason you're not 100% over the moon with your purchase, please get in touch with me straight away so we can discuss it - thank you.

How are my artworks packaged for safe transit to you?

Snugly! Your A4 or A3 sized artwork is protected in an acid-free sleeve then enclosed in a rigid, tough envelope that can't be bent. In the case of A4 size prints which are sent by standard post, I also place a message on the outside to please leave in a safe, dry place.

A2 artworks are wrapped in acid-free tissue and gently rolled to go into a large tough cardboard mailing tube.  On arrival, please gently remove from the tube and unroll, keeping wrapped in the tissue. Place somewhere safe between a single layer of light magazines sufficient to provide a flat surface under and on top of the gently flattened print and allow to rest until it has eased flat.  Or take it straight to the framer and they will take care of it for you.

What kind of framing is recommended for your gorgeous acquisition?

Please use archival quality frames and materials to prolong the life of your new artwork.  Ideally, professional framing is recommended for ultimate care.

For optimal preservation of your artwork, please hang your framed piece away from direct strong light.

Personally, I love gilt, silver or pewter-look frames.  My pieces also look stylish and elegant in ornate white frames, simple white frames and simple black frames.  Glossy frames are less forgiving endurance-wise than matte frames, which you can easily touch up with a black or white charcoal pencil if they cop a scratch or knock (do try not to but sometimes, these things happen).

3. Press tattoo, design facing down, onto skin.
4. Hold wet cloth or sponge against back of tattoo. Press down and make sure to wet it thoroughly.
5. Wait 30 seconds, then gently peel off paper backing.
