RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
If you have any questions about the piece you're considering, please contact me before purchasing because refunds, cancellations and exchanges are not possible.
Artworks are delicate pieces and I need to ensure that the integrity of the piece is maintained. Also, fine art prints are made to order, not held in inventory, and progress straight from order placement into processing, so it is not possible to cancel your order after you have placed it. Please choose wisely. :)
In the unimaginable event something arrives damaged or not as described and shown in the images in the product listing, please get in touch straight away (within 3 days of receipt) so I can make things right for you. Thank you! Your satisfaction with your order is very important to me.
PACKAGING
All artworks are safely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Some prints might be rolled and sent in a mailing cylinder depending on size. If so, gently unroll, keeping the artwork in its protective sleeve, and place under a flat weight for several hours. Rolling prints does not affect the printed surface or value of your print.
If having your piece custom framed (highly recommended to ensure maximum protection for your artworks), please leave the artworks in their protective sleeves for the framers to safely handle.
Framing and Hanging
Please use archival quality frames and guaranteed acid-free materials to prolong the life of your new artwork. Ideally, professional framing is recommended for ultimate care.
Please hang your framed piece away from direct strong light.
Proper TLC will help your beautiful artwork to last for many decades to come and even longer.
PASTEL FINE ART ORIGINAL WORKS ON PAPER Please take your valuable and irreplaceable art investment to a custom framer for their specialised TLC. They will use spacers to ensure the paper and pigments don't come in contact with the glass and any loose pigment particles fall behind the mat. This protects both artwork and framing.
